Overview
In this role, you will collaborate as a key contributor to our global S/4HANA Retail implementation project with business counterparts and our implementation partner to design the core global template for Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Model & Process Alignment: Lead alignment workshops with business process owners and partners to translate global supply P2P processes into SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality using a "fit-to-standard" approach.
- Partner & Solution Evaluation: Critically assess implementation proposals, technical feasibility, and cost estimates from external partners to ensure they align with business needs.
- Standardization & System Integrity: Balance critical business customizations against standard practices, safeguarding the integrity of the system and minimizing unnecessary core modifications.
- System Integration & Testing: Oversee the integration of P2P processes with existing third-party systems and ensure smooth data transfer across internal and external applications.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
Requirements
- Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA greenfield transformation projects, with expert-level knowledge in Procurement and Stock Management modules (MM/Retail). Intermediate knowledge of Project System and Controlling is required.
- Technical & Configuration Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP MM/Ariba functionalities and translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Familiarity with SAP BTP, Ariba, S/4HANA Workflows, or Rebate Settlement is highly beneficial.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the adaptability to navigate changing project scopes and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or Italian is a distinct advantage.
