Finance Systems & Transformation Specialist

Role Overview

Are you a Finance professional with a passion for technology, financial consolidation and process improvement?

We are looking for a Finance Technology Specialist to join a Finance Transformation & Technology function and play a key role in strengthening and developing Finance systems, with a primary focus on Finance Platform.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Business Transformation, helping to ensure robust financial reporting processes while driving continuous improvement across an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Finance platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity and reliable financial processes.
• Support financial consolidation, reporting, data loading, workflows, user administration and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system improvements.
• Contribute to EPM enhancements, reporting solutions, automation initiatives and Finance transformation projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Fluent English
• Solid professional background in Finance or Accounting, including financial consolidation and reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with CPM/EPM systems, ideally OneStream, Oracle Hyperion/HFM or comparable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with an interest in digital transformation and process automation.
