HRIS Core Module | Functional Consultant

Role Overview

You will responsible for leading the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR and Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) landscape. The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Core HR / Employee Central Configuration and Data Mode
• Develop and maintain key HR processes including: Hiring, Employee movements, Promotions, Terminations
• Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.
• Coordinate Testing, Validation, and User Adoption
• Act as the Main Point of Contact for BPOs and Technical teams

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Min 4 years experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project 
• Fluent in English
• Ability to understand business needs regarding employee's data administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR applications & processes
• Full remote
• Must be based in Portugal
