S/4HANA ERP Delivery Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA ERP Delivery Lead to play a key role in a complex international SAP transformation.

Working closely with Programme and Project Directors, you will take ownership of the delivery of major SAP S/4HANA workstreams while managing the performance of System Integrators and coordinating functional, technical and business teams.

This is a delivery-focused role requiring someone who understands SAP deeply enough to challenge implementation partners, validate estimates and delivery approaches, manage complex dependencies and ensure the programme remains aligned to scope, schedule, quality and SAP best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA workstreams across the SAP Activate lifecycle.
• Manage and challenge System Integrators against scope, SOW, milestones, estimates, contractual commitments and delivery quality.
• Coordinate functional, technical and business teams, proactively resolving risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive SAP standardisation and Clean Core principles while overseeing quality gates across design, SIT, UAT, cutover and deployment.
• Manage workstream plans, resources, budgets, RAID reporting and delivery readiness, providing clear updates to Programme and Project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent professional English, with the ability to operate effectively in international programmes.
• 8+ years of SAP ERP experience, including at least 3 years leading complex SAP/S/4HANA projects or workstreams.
• Proven involvement in at least three international ERP programmes working with major System Integrators, together with hands-on S/4HANA and SAP Activate experience.
• Strong knowledge of at least one core SAP domain such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM or HCM, combined with strong stakeholder, vendor and programme management capabilities.
