Role Overview
You will contribute to the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes, ensure compliance with IFRS requirements and support financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Group consolidation: contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure reporting quality: act as a key contact for assigned regions and entities, reviewing reporting packages and resolving data quality or reporting issues.
- Support IFRS compliance: work with local Finance teams to address accounting matters and ensure consistent application of Group reporting principles.
- Perform Group-level financial analysis: support intercompany reconciliations, scope reviews and transversal analyses including revenue, working capital, cash flow, pensions and impairment.
- Support statutory reporting and audit: contribute to annual and interim financial statement disclosures and coordinate information required by external auditors.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in consolidation, financial reporting, audit or corporate accounting, ideally within a multinational organisation and/or Big Four environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, closing processes and intercompany reporting, combined with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage demanding deadlines while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.
