About the job HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using ATS and other sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Manage job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews efficiently.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records in ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and formalities.
  • Assist in HR operations such as attendance management and employee record-keeping.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and routine HR coordination.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring roles simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
