HR Executive
About the job HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using ATS and other sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Manage job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize hiring processes.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records in ATS and HRIS systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and formalities.
- Assist in HR operations such as attendance management and employee record-keeping.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and routine HR coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring roles simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
