About the job Google/Meta Ads Expert

We are looking for a results-driven Google/Meta Ads Expert to join our team and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and lowering CPL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Develop effective campaign strategies, audience targeting, and scaling plans
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL
  • Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, and GA4
  • Analyze KPIs and generate actionable insights for performance improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign updates clearly with the team/clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve overall marketing performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, optimization, and scaling
  • Hands-on experience with tracking setups (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, GA4, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve ROAS and reduce CPL
  • Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in performance marketing across digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid campaigns, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
    Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make actionable recommendations.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
