N8N Expert

Job Description: 

We are looking for a skilled N8N Expert who can design, build, test and manage automation workflows to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of API's, integrations and scalable automation setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, design, and optimize automation workflows using N8n.
• Integrate multiple platforms via APIs (CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, GHL, webhooks, etc.)
  
• Troubleshoot automation failures and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Create documentation for all automations developed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain workflow versioning, scalability, and execution optimization.
• Implement error-handling, logging, and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with tech, sales, and operations teams to automate manual tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in N8n automation and workflow building.
  
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
• Experience integrating apps and building multi-step workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, Airtable, GSheets, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work on complex automation logic independently.
• Understanding of CRMs and marketing tools is a plus.
