Associate Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager with Fresh to 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project deliverables and monitor performance.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to improve client satisfaction and account performance.
• Address client queries proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
•  Utilize CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and client communication platforms to manage accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Ability to track project deliverables, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and client communication tools.
