5. Compliance with Company Policies

6.1 The Company collects and processes personal data as necessary for Program administration. Participation implies consent to the Company's data processing practices.
7. Program Changes
7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, these Terms, or any aspect of the Program at any time without prior notice. The Company's decisions are final.
8. Disqualification and Disputes
8.1 The Company may disqualify Referrers or referred candidates for breaches of these Terms, policy violations, or other appropriate reasons.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any legal actions related to the Program or these Terms shall occur within the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Referrer and the Company regarding the Program, replacing any prior agreements or understandings.
