Role Overview

As the Infrastructure Projects Team Leader, you will manage the onboarding and growth of the Managed Clients' internal infrastructure and security. You will oversee technical projects to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of clients' information systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering and implementation of technology projects for customers based on our Client's strategic services.
  • Provide preventive maintenance and service enhancements to customers' managed environments.
  • Develop project requirements and work schedules, delegating tasks to achieve team and company goals.
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure project completion to standard.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer documentation and consulting services.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members and empower them with skills for improvement.
  • Support commercial activities in collaboration with the company's commercial team.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security through technology.
  • Participate in research and implementation of new technology initiatives aligned withm our Client's offerings.

Skills, Competencies and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 4 years of IT-related experience, preferably with certifications like Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration.
  • Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Aptitude for leadership and strong organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Open-mindedness, self-motivation, and a drive for continuous learning.
  • Alignment with core values of a can-do attitude, continuous learning, and success-driven mindset.
