Our Client provides services for achieving and maintaining ISO certification, including strategy planning, implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement processes tailored to specific industry sectors.

Role Overview

The Consultant - ISO Systems will play a pivotal role in assisting business customers achieve and retain ISO standards and certifications. The successful candidate will primarily work remotely, with occasional client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting information from clients during meetings (remote or in-person).
• Preparing and updating documentation for clients.
• Delivering training presentations to clients.
• Planning, performing, and reporting internal audits and management reviews.
• Assisting clients during their external audit.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• A process approach mentality, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• With a degree in a technical field or management studies.
• Prior experience in management systems will be considered an asset.
