Role Overview
The Project Manager - ERP (Odoo) & Digital Transformation will oversee critical projects focused on Odoo implementations and digital transformation from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have commercial ERP experience, particularly in managing supplier engagements, and expertise in supply chain and accounting processes. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects, especially Odoo implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Supplier & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison between internal teams, external suppliers, and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives and regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
Scope & Requirements Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring deliverables align with business needs, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
Market & Risk Analysis: Support market research to identify opportunities for ERP improvements while managing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in ERP and digital transformation strategies, focusing on enhancing business processes and supply chain efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Experience: 5+ years in project management with a strong focus on ERP implementations and digital transformation. Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is an asset. Commercial experience in managing supplier relationships is highly desirable.
Qualifications: The requirement for MQF Level 6 or higher in Business Management, IT, or related fields. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly valued.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, particularly in supplier management.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire various internal stakeholders, manage conflict, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation frameworks. Familiarity with Odoo or similar systems is highly advantageous. Experience with supply chain management and accounting systems is essential.
Organisation: Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and supplier engagements.
Self-Motivated: A proactive leader with the drive to meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and adapt to evolving project demands.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges, especially in supply chain and digital transformation projects.
