Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its dynamic team, working primarily with an international clientele and private clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to broaden their expertise and embrace new challenges within the corporate services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Supervise and manage a portfolio of clients, handling complex income tax and VAT-related work across different sectors.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with the Department Tax Supervisors on technical aspects of the team's work, including drafting and reviewing departmental procedures.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, overseeing their work and facilitating their professional growth.
• Training: Participate in ongoing training and development sessions, both as a trainee and as a mentor.
• Client Meetings: Attend client meetings to discuss tax-related issues and provide expert advice tailored to their needs.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Experience: Fully qualified accountant with a minimum of two years of work experience in the corporate services sector.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and mentor junior staff.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrates motivation and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in tax-related matters.
