About the Role

Hepmil Philippines is looking for a Producer to manage the production of social-first content, organic campaigns, and branded projects. This role requires strong project management, budget planning, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on execution skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth production workflows while aligning content with creative and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Management

  • Plan and manage budgets for organic content, social-first projects, and branded campaigns.
  • Negotiate fees with external vendors, locations, and talents under guidance.
  • Ensure productions remain cost-efficient without compromising creative vision.

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple organic and social-first productions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage sponsored and branded campaigns under guidance, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Schedule and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate shoot logistics.
  • Ensure smooth on-set operations, maintaining organization and efficiency.

Social-First Production & Content Execution

  • Execute end-to-end production of content tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work closely with creative teams to bring engaging and viral content ideas to life.
  • Stay updated on platform best practices, audience behavior, and emerging content trends.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and post-production.
  • Collaborate effectively with talents, vendors, and production crews during pre-production and on set.
  • Ensure smooth communication with brand partners and clients to meet project objectives.

Crisis Management & Problem-Solving

  • Stay proactive on set, anticipating challenges and implementing quick solutions.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes, ensuring smooth execution under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in production, content creation, or media-related roles.
  • Proven experience managing social-first content, organic campaigns, and branded shoots.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, storytelling, and content formats.
  • Experience in budget planning and vendor/talent negotiations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of production (contracts, copyright, etc.) is a plus.
