Hepmil Philippines is looking for an Account Manager to help drive the success of creator-led marketing campaigns across the country. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands the pulse of social media, and is excited to work at the intersection of content, creators, and culture.

As part of the Client Success/Account Management team, you'll manage campaigns from pitch to execution, collaborate with creators and internal teams, and build strong relationships with clients and agencies. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage campaigns

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from pitch decks and creative briefs to production timelines and delivery
  • Work hand-in-hand with creators to make sure content meets brand goals and stays fun, fresh, and on-trend

2.  Grow client and creator relationships

  • Be the main point of contact for both our creators and clients youll help match the right talents to the right campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and brands, turning one-time deals into long-term partnerships

3. Drive new business opportunities

  • Pitch creative ideas and new business to clients help them see how HCN can take their content to the next level
  • Negotiate partnership deals and keep your finger on the pulse of the digital advertising landscape

4. Report, analyze, and optimize

  • Track campaign performance, create reports with insights, and recommend how to do it better next time

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in client servicing (preferably in media, digital, or advertising)
  • Solid understanding of the advertising and influencer marketing landscape
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and current digital content trends
  • Experience in media buying on TikTok and YouTube is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
