Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a dynamic social media strategy that builds brand presence and fosters an engaged community across multiple platforms.
- Manage and create compelling, on-brand content (graphics, videos, copy) for brands, ensuring each maintains a distinct and engaging voice.
- Oversee and maintain a well-planned content calendar across all social media platforms, ensuring a steady stream of relevant and exciting posts.
- Stay on top of social media trends, viral moments, and emerging conversations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Cultivate thriving online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Brainstorm and launch interactive campaigns that spark conversations and enhance audience participation for each brand
- Track and analyze key social media metrics, using insights to fine-tune strategies and boost engagement.
- Explore and experiment with the latest tools, features, and best practices to keep our digital presence ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media and community management, with a passion for growing and engaging audiences across multiple brands.
- Strong storytelling skillswhether its crafting the perfect tweet, writing engaging captions, or producing visually appealing content.
- Proficiency with social media management and engagement tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Discord, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Strong communication and collaboration skillsyou work well with others and thrive in a creative team environment.
- Adaptability and creativity in responding to fast-changing social media trends.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, or online communities is a plus.
