About the job HR Supervisor
1. RECRUITMENT
1-1. Conducting secondary interviews (Behavioral & Competency Interview) with all the shortlisted candidates and assessing which one is capable of being forwarded for the Final Interview.
1-2. Organizing all talent pool profiles
1-3. Ensuring completeness of Recruitment Summary Report
1-4. Ensures recruitment timeline is being met.
2. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
2-1. Conducting New Hire Onboarding and Company Orientation
2-2. Ensuring the completeness of all (PER) Pre-Employment Requirements checklists & Manage 201 Files
2-3. Coordinates with IT and ADMIN Department for the Logistics of all Asset/Equipment/ Company Email Requests
2-4. Ensuring the completeness of Employees Master File
2-5. Assist and Facilitate Evaluations, Regularizations, Transfers & Promotions, Training, Employee-Employer Concerns, Show-cause memos, NTE, Admin Hearings, Labor Relations Concerns, Drafting Announcements
2-6. Assist and Facilitate in the concepts and contents of Company Events & Meetings, Conduct team camaraderie for approval.
2-7. Conduct Regular Check-ins with Employees
2-8. Prepare Employee Relations Report
3. COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS
3-1. Check Payroll and pay slips & Prepare Transfers to employees.
3-2. Coordinate with HMO and account officer for company Health Benefits for approval.
3-3. Ensuring on-time remittance and payments of Mandatories (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) & Other Benefits, including registrations/ renewal.
3-4. Check Timesheets, Leave credits, and TOIL
4. OTHERS
4-1. Directly reporting to CHRO & Weekly discussion on HR Updates
4-2. Human Resource Admin tasks assigned from time to time
4-3. Admin Tasks such as coordinating with suppliers and procurement (Temporary) and other Adhocs.
