QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Fluent in English and Cantonese both verbal and written
2. Preferably Filipino Applicants
3. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, tech product support, or similar functions.
4. FINTECH (Financial Technology) and Financial Service Industry is an ADVANTAGE.
5. Handling customer service requests and inquiries.
6. High attention to detail. Organized.
7. Experience working with CRM systems, Zendesk is an ADVANTAGE and Live Bots
9. Navigate Microsoft and Google Suite Products.
10. Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technology.
11. Excellent collaboration skills to work within a team.
