Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from Fields.

- Assist the sales team in achieving the sales targets.

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales materials, such as brochures and presentations

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information

- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth sales processes

- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including sales pipeline and revenue forecasts

- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing sales documents

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate Bachelor's degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role

- Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
