The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information

- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality products

- Collaborate with other departments to determine purchasing needs and budget constraints

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders or deliveries

- Create and maintain purchase orders and other relevant documentation

- Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and purchasing

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree.

- 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
