Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation...
  • Define business process requirements, preparation of scope of SAP Sales and Distribution. Able to perform Gap Analysis. Prepared Business process blue prints (AS-IS and TO-BE).
  • Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions
  • Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts
  • Testing, assist in the development of test scripts
  • Finalize the configuration & support the solution
  • Analysis and design of efficient business processes and their technical implementation in SAP SD via Customizing.
  • Coordination with the development team for the realization of functional design,
  • Monitoring & Supporting existing SAP SD solutions and adapt to new business requirements
  • Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions, Experience on Sales and Distribution module workflows and control mechanism.
  • Played a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up of the project to the final delivery preparation.

Technical Experience:

  • 5 to 6 years of working experience with sales and distribution processes optimization and automation, solid experience in delivering the SAP Solutions and experience in at least 2 E2E implementation and support.
  • Should have cross functional expertise in SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP PP and MM
  • Experience using SAP implementation tools such as Best Practices, ASAP terminology
  • Business process analysis and redesign experience:
    • Strong business analysis skills process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
    • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration of SAP SD module which includes:
    • Order types, contract types, item categories, pricing, billing
    • Defining Pricing Procedures, Tax and duty.
    • Determine Pricing by item category
    • About Tax Determination Procedure
    • Tax Types
    • Item Category Determination
    • Condition Exclusion Group, Accounting Key, Valuation Class and category
    • Customer Price List using workflows.
    • Configuration Material Master for Sales View.
    • Debit Credit Memo
    • Shipping Point, Picking, Packing, PGI, and different scenarios of consignment orders.
    • Customer Return, Free of Charge Delivery, Output proposal using condition technique.
    • Bill of material, create Invoice and release to Accounting and create blocking reason.
    • Sales Area, Sales Document Types, Scheduling Agreement, Schedule Line Category
    • Configuration of Partner Functions, Customer Material info.
  • Hands on experience in configuring Sales/Delivery/Billing Document types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Billing Plan configuration for both periodic & Milestone, Output determination, Copy Control for various Trade, Inter Company and Contractual scenarios.
  • Hands on experience in building and supporting complex pricing procedures with VOFM routines (requirement and calculation routines), Price Lists, Expiring currencies, maintaining Pricing Agreements in Contracts.
    • Process Skill set:
    • Master Data: includes of customer master data, material master data, pricing conditions record, output records and credit management. Customer Number Range and Assign to Customer Account Group etc.
    • Basic Functions: SAP SD configuration results in an effective process across all basic functions involved in sales and distribution area. Here, examples of basic functions can be pricing, output etc. The amount of pricing used for a particular sale and the output result from the same and so on.
    • Shipping and Transportation: Customer specific Logistics document like, Pallet Label, MBOL, Delivery Note / Challan, and Invoice. Different mode of transportation covered by module.
      • Sales: Categorization of diverse sales and process, Define process for sales and distribution, Just In Time Sequencing, Customer Order Management, Quotation, Order, Shipping and Transportation, Billing and Electronic Invoice knowledge.
      • Foreign Trade: Configuration of Export related output and documents thru SAP. To handle the data related to foreign trade including both imported products and products exported outside.

    Benefits:

    • 10-15 Lakh pa depending upon past experience.
