Position Details:

The role involves:

• Developing and managing insurance contract application systems for multiple insurance companies.
• Integrating user MyPage and CRM systems (Salesforce) to support call center operations and marketing.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in web application development.
• Over 5 years of experience in Java/PHP application development.
• Solid experience in system design.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in new areas.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading a team of five or more members.
• Development experience in the insurance business sector.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with WebAPI (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Knowledge of SEO and page speed optimization using web application audit tools such as Lighthouse.
• Performance tuning experience.

Additional Information:

• Location: Primarily Kudanshita office.
• Employment: This position is with the company but seconded to the Development Department.
