To meet these expectations while maintaining QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery), the Q&R-CQA (Quality & Risk - Centralized QA) group operates as an independent third-party quality management organization within the company, directly connected to our global Quality & Risk (Q&R) organization. This expert group is responsible for quality assurance of critical projects and promoting overall quality improvement activities.

We are currently seeking individuals who can lead quality management activities as managers and experts who can implement quality management activities. You will be responsible for multiple projects and conducting quality audits on these projects.

Project Examples:

• Third-party quality audits for e-commerce site development projects
• Third-party quality audits for global ERP projects, among others

Requirements:

• Experience in large-scale SI (System Integration) projects for core system implementation, particularly in roles such as team lead or project manager, with a focus on the full lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment. Experience in basic design, detailed design/development, and testing is particularly valued.
• Experience managing core system implementation projects with teams of over 100 people, especially in prime contracts.
• Experience in conducting reviews within SI projects, especially as a team lead, focusing on basic design, detailed design/development, and testing.
• Require Business-Level Japanese

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Orientation:

• Experience as a third-party quality manager outside of the project.
• Experience in building/deploying methodologies, review frameworks, and quality management processes (PDCA).
• Interest in focusing on management roles within system development in the future.
