Job Overview
Our Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient sales pitch to our customers. You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supported every day by a strong support network of Team Leaders and Trainers.
Daily Sales Representative duties
- Providing general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction
- Responsible for giving great offers to our customers
- Responsible for getting feedback from customers by calling them
- Work towards the Sales team KPIs and targets set by the management team.
- Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
- Make every effort to support and positively reflect the HelloFresh brand to others
- Being an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 1 year Sales Experience in BPO set-up.
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum).
- Amenable to work in BGC
