1. Main purpose of the job

The Product Operations Assistant in the Philippines supports the operations and management of a company's products. They play a crucial role in ensuring that products are developed, launched, and maintained efficiently and effectively. It is strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of product management processes and principles.

2. Responsibilities and duties

  • Will oversee and manage recipe cards administrative and editorial processes

  • Will be responsible for menu checks, updates, etc.

  • Will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders

  • Will upload all recipes and meal choices to our online recipe database

  • Update and maintain trackers as a core of the product operations process

  • Maintaining, organizing, cleaning and upkeep of data.

  • Reports any data issues to the team

  • Keeps data updated in the different sources

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed.


Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools and spreadsheets (G Sheets, Excel, Office, Slides)
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
