1. Main purpose of the job
The Product Operations Assistant in the Philippines supports the operations and management of a company's products. They play a crucial role in ensuring that products are developed, launched, and maintained efficiently and effectively. It is strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of product management processes and principles.
2. Responsibilities and duties
Will oversee and manage recipe cards administrative and editorial processes
Will be responsible for menu checks, updates, etc.
Will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders
Will upload all recipes and meal choices to our online recipe database
Update and maintain trackers as a core of the product operations process
Maintaining, organizing, cleaning and upkeep of data.
Reports any data issues to the team
Keeps data updated in the different sources
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools and spreadsheets (G Sheets, Excel, Office, Slides)
- Willingness to learn new things
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
