The main purpose of the job

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support the Talent Acquisition process for HelloFresh Canada. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to attract and recruit the best candidates for our distribution centres across Canada, as well as maintain an exceptional candidate experience. As part of the People team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of HelloFresh, Chefs Plate and Factor as we look to leverage our best asset in our bid to continue our high growth: hiring great people!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the field Talent Acquisition team with tasks such as job posting, sourcing, building pipelines, screening resumes and scheduling interviews with hiring managers for hourly and salaried positions

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis

  • Attract, engage, and select high-quality talent to meet the companys future needs using a variety of sourcing and interviewing techniques.

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with HelloFresh leaves with a positive impression of the brand.

  • Manage relationships with third parties involved in the recruitment process, including but not limited to colleges/universities, job boards, and external recruiters/agencies.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to set up new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.

  • Other duties as assigned

3. Skills and preferred qualifications

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience working in a fast-changing manufacturing, logistics or production environment.

  • 1-2 years of experience with administrative duties such as scheduling interviews across different time zones, managing multiple calendars etc.

  • Completed diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business related field, or equivalent related experience.

  • Strong ability to build rapport with different stakeholders, candidates and third parties.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially as it relates to sensitive candidate information

  • Desire to help build a world-class employer brand and Talent Acquisition function for HelloFresh Canada.

  • Experience with HRIS ATS, or other related databases and software (We use BambooHR and Greenhouse)

  • Passion for learning, growing and of course food!

  • Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.
  • 13th-month pay calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.
  • Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.
  • Group Life Insurance is provided.
  • Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
