Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Reporting and Process Analyst to join our Product Portfolio Management team in Manila. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of reporting activities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvements.

The Product Portfolio Management team is responsible for providing relevant and actionable portfolio insights to the Tech Senior Leadership, developing and maintaining tools and resources that support excellence in product-portfolio planning and creating visibility in teams planning and execution excellence.



What youll do

Manage and deliver regular reporting activities with accuracy and within agreed timelines (i.e. monthly report of effort dedicated per project, of key results status, of organisational changes; quarterly report of changes to tech teams plans).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and validate reporting inputs.

  • Onboard stakeholders and provide support on the use of product portfolio reporting tools and resources.

  • Maintain documentation of tools, processes and reporting workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and improve data quality.

  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using scripting languages, when applicable.



Skills and preferred qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in data management and analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and multiple priorities.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and knowledge of query/scripting languages (e.g., JQL, AppScript) are an advantage.

Package Details

  • Monetized unused leave credits for up to 5 days (given at the end of the year)
