This position will help manage various marketing projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.

Main purpose of the job

The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and business development support to the Retail Media team.

This role is responsible for researching and identifying potential partners, maintaining accurate data in CRM systems, assisting with campaign coordination, and supporting various administrative functions including JIRA ticket creation and invoice processing.

The position serves as a critical support function that enables the team to expand partnerships, execute campaigns efficiently, and maintain organised documentation of all activities and relationships.

Responsibilities and duties

Business Development:

  • Research and identify potential Retail Media partners using LinkedIn, industry databases, and other online sources.

  • Create and maintain lists of qualified leads for the Retail Media partner network.

  • Reach out to potential partners through emails and contact forms to establish initial connections.

  • Find and document key contact information for decision-makers within target organisations.

  • Update the CRM system and tracking tools with accurate information on all prospects and partners.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Media team for day-to-day operations.

  • Create JIRA tickets for design requests and project needs.

  • Compile campaign data into clear presentations using Excel and simple graphs.

  • Process invoices and maintain financial tracking documents.

  • Assist with Partnership projects as needed, including research and basic coordination tasks.

Skills and preferred qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for presentations.

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Good written communication skills for professional emails and outreach messages

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently

  • Basic research skills using online tools and platforms including LinkedIn

  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
