Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction drives our ongoing success.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our company's affiliates and partnerships marketing activities. This position will help manage various marketing projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the end-to-end campaign implementation for Affiliates and/or Partnerships channels. Inclusive of campaign tracking and monitoring via updates and ongoing maintenance of a holistic shared tracker
  • Monitoring campaigns performance: responsible for providing weekly performance updates and suggest optimisations.
  • Campaign Trafficking: create POs, QR codes, campaigns and vouchers (CUI) and UTM codes.
  • Administrative task management across external platforms (Impact Radius) to ensure affiliate partners are set up with the correct commissioning contracts, as well as are up to date with bespoke campaign tracking links, vouchers, and seasonal assets
  • Flyers printing and tracking: request quotes, manage deliverable and ensure that delivery / distribution are on track.
  • General warehouse liaison: working closely with the warehouse in order to manage demand, and distribution and identify any issues.
  • Business development research: conduct market and competitor research to identify partners that could be impactful for us to work with
  • Finance processes: Coordinating monthly invoices and ensuring all costs are tracked and reported with Finance stakeholders. Utilise both internal (BOB) and external (Impact Radius) platforms to validate transaction inquiries from affiliate customers that affect monthly invoicing costs from affiliate partners

Skills and preferred qualifications

  • Competency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in pulling large amounts of data from multiple platform sources, and reconfiguring into a digestible format for reporting purposes
  • Adaptability in communication with external stakeholders - introductory emails, set up of initial meetings, etc.
