HelloFresh is searching for quick learners with a passion for delivering results and improving ourdaily operations by supporting the design and maintenance of our BI ecosystem and reporting our business performance against the right metrics. As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, you will support planning and performance monitoring within Global Customer Experience (GCX) by assisting in optimizing our BI data structures, and organizing, evaluating and trending various data sources. • Partner with the GCX BI team to support creation of visualizations that depict trends in key performance indicators, such as: interaction volumes; customer experience; operational performance; quality; forecast accuracy, Workforce Management measures, and financial performance
• Build and maintain the BI ecosystem which includes ETL, data models, queries, data warehouse, database storage
• Take data and turn into insights, providing objective and independent analysis of information in the form of weekly performance reporting decks, QA and audit checks, deep-dives and ad hoc analyses
• Provide timely resolution of bugs or data problems affecting the operation of the BI environment

You have...

• Proficiency in intermediate SQL and tableau
• Understanding of relational database concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling
• Ability to use spreadsheets with intermediate formula application and database software (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
• A strong written and verbal communicator of technical) information to different types of audiences
• Ability to utilize all agent systems and tools such as CCU LMS, BOB, Shelf, Genesys, etc.
