The Role


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in boosting business opportunities for Hellofresh and other brands. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads through cold outreach, conducting market and competitor research and carrying out initial discovery calls with identified prospects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong research and analytical abilities and a growth-oriented mindset.

YOU WILL:

Prospecting and Sales

  • Generate and build your own pipeline of leads and prospects

  • Develop market and competitor research to identify opportunities

  • Initiate cold outreach through calls, emails, and social media

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to engage potential clients and pitch our offerings effectively

  • Set appointments for Account Executives

Analysis and Administrative

  • Monitor and analyze SDR metrics

  • Conduct win/loss analysis on closed opportunities

  • Capture and summarize learnings/partner feedback from prospects

  • Update and manage our CRM (Hubspot)

YOU HAVE:

  • A bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing or a related field

  • A minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, food tech is a bonus!

  • Excellent English Communication and Presentation skills

  • Strong Research and Analytical skills

  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot
