The Lead and Execute People strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs based on business goals.

  • Develop staffing plans aligned with the companys short- and long-term objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies.

  • Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring, this includes tracking key hiring metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, application completion rate, offer, acceptance rate, sourcing channel efficiency and net promoters rate and others).

  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws and diversity standards.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment.

  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

  • Mediate disputes and implement disciplinary procedures when necessary.

  • Promote communication between management and staff.

Performance Management

  • Oversee employee appraisal systems.

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.

  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.

  • Identify training and development needs.

  • Guide performance improvement plans.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs.

  • Manage benefits administration (healthcare, insurance, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.

  • Oversee payroll administration and employee perks.

  • Benchmark salaries against market trends.

Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations and company policies.

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate audits and handle compliance reporting.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • Plan workforce needs for future growth and changes.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.

  • Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR systems and databases.

  • Prepare reports for senior management.

  • Implement HR documentation (contracts, offers, letters, etc.).

HR Policy Development

  • Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Communicate policies clearly to all staff.

  • Train management and policy application.

Health, Safety and Wellness

  • Implement workplace safety protocols.

  • Coordinate employee wellness programs and support services.

  • Manage leave programs


Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field. Higher education and Professional Certifications are an advantage.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity with deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws and compliance regulations.

  • Strong leadership skills to lead, develop and motivate HR teams.

  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.

  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management and external partners.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office and data analysis tools.

  • Capable of managing and driving change initiatives across the organization.

  • Results-oriented, collaborative and adaptable in dynamic work environments.

  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
