Job Overview
As a Campaign Deployment Specialist, you will support the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team, based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. You will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
2. Responsibilities and duties
Deploying CRM campaigns, which involve audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.
Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected (quality assurance).
Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
Adhering to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring campaigns are deployed on time.
Regularly reporting project progress to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and other stakeholders within the company.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of CRM campaigns.
3. Skills and preferred qualifications
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS), with other channels is being a plus.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus, but not required. AMP Script knowledge is a plus.
Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to deadlines.
Strong communication and writing skills in English.
