Job Description
As the Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will be managing the paid social campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels for HelloFresh, as well as providing recommendations. You will build campaigns, work on providing reporting updates to the PDS team/stakeholders and use analytics to inform the team and optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.
Skills and preferred qualifications
- Execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns to completion.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, leveraging advanced data methodologies to identify strategic optimization opportunities for maximum return on investment.
- Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
- Analyze complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders in the US team, both verbally and in written reports.
- Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B tests and other experimental frameworks, providing data-backed conclusions and recommendations for future strategy.
You have
Track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
Extensive experience in managing large-scale growth campaigns across major paid social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), with a proven ability to drive significant results.
Strong communication and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
Superior quantitative and analytical skills, adept at complex data manipulation and interpretation to drive both daily optimizations and long-term strategic improvements.
Deep understanding of platforms details and nuances, as well as attention to details
Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment
A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and a natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude
At a minimum you have...
A bachelor's degree in business or marketing with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
6 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for advanced performance analysis, including complex formula building, data modeling, and visualization.
In-depth knowledge of advanced features within platform ad managers (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager's sophisticated bidding strategies, granular targeting, and Conversions API implementation).
Demonstrated experience in writing comprehensive reports, providing clear insights, and developing actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
Strong organizational skills and project management ability
Certifications from major advertising platforms, such as Meta Blueprint (e.g., Media Buying Professional, Planning Professional), Snapchat Ads Manager Certification, TikTok Academy Certification, Google Ads Certification (e.g., Search, Display).
Experience with advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and incrementality testing methodologies.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
