Main purpose of the job

  • As our Talent Marketing Manager, you will drive HelloFresh’s digital talent marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to attract and engage top talent globally. This role blends performance marketing expertise with creative content strategy, giving you the opportunity to shape how HelloFresh shows up across digital touchpoints, from search and social to blog and video.

  • You’ll work closely with our Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns and engaging stories that bring our culture to life. Your work will help optimize our recruitment funnel while deepening candidate connection to our brand.


Responsibilities and duties

  • Execute end-to-end digital talent marketing strategies across paid and organic channels (search, social, display, blog, etc.).

  • Manage and optimize AOC performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive quality traffic, applications, and ROI.

  • Create and schedule engaging content across talent-facing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), aligning with our EVP and cultural storytelling.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Phenom Analytics, and social media dashboards to track performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, engagement, conversion rates), optimizing campaigns and content based on data.

  • Partner with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across touchpoints.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and candidate behavior to continuously refine our approach.


Skills and preferred qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, or content marketing, ideally in a talent or employer branding context.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager)

  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like CTR, engagement, or conversion.

  • Proficiency in using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite), analytics platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Good content creation skills, from writing to visual storytelling, and familiarity with design/video tools like Canva.

  • A strategic and creative mindset with strong project management and communication skills.

  • Business Fluent English is required
