1. Main purpose of the job

Reporting to the HR Supervisor, the Sourcing Specialist will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive proactive talent attraction solutions, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent. As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of HelloConnect as we look to leverage our best asset in our bid to continue our high growth: hiring great people!

2. Responsibilities and duties

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job fairs, online job platforms, social media, industry events, and networking.
• Strategically plan and execute career seminars, and company events to enhance our talent acquisition efforts and expand our outreach to diverse candidate pools.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with leading universities to refine our internship program and secure access to high-potential candidates for our entry-level positions(Fresher Program)
• Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates, promoting HelloConnect's employer brand and potential opportunities.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment in sourcing strategies.
• Regularly update and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and recruitment goals.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually optimize and elevate the effectiveness of our talent-sourcing strategies.
• Provide market insights to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
• Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Additional Support:

• Assist with special projects, as needed,

• Other duties as assigned

3. Skills and preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a high-growth and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and professional networks.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is an asset
