Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team by overseeing their performance, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring individual goals are met. This includes coordinating tasks, fostering teamwork to achieve shared objectives, and conducting regular touch base meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify development opportunities. Additionally, you'll ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, and implement strategies to address challenges, while collaborating with other departments to align team efforts with the organizations overall goals.

Skills and preferred qualifications

  • You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.

  • You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team’s objectives.

  • Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.

  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
