Job Description

  • Implement the recruitment and selection process
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objective, meeting with client and/or managers to discuss
  • Determine applicant requirements through job description and job qualification
  • Attract applicants by posting effective job advertisement, using new groups or job sites and utilizing social media
  • Conduct in person or phone interviews with candidates and administer appropriate company assessments
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules of applicants and supervisors prior to the day of interview
  • Prepare employees for assignment establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirement and job description for all positions
  • Keep the document of the recruitment process up to date
  • Ensure that all employee contracts are filed in their 201 file and update if there is need for amendment or changes
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Provide recommendations for HR practices
  • Ensure legal compliance all throughout the recruitment process
  • Perform other related functions as required.

Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Recruitment background of at least 2 years end to end volume recruitment from BPO/Call Center is a must.
  • Working knowledge in managing recruitment systems such as applicant tracker system (ATS), testing administration, social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, challenging work environment and meeting tight recruitment deadlines.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in Taguig/ Quezon City
