Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new function within our workforce staffing team as a
People Shared Services Associate you will join our fast-paced in-house recruitment team
located in our Shared Service Center (SSC) In Manilla. As part of the team, you will assist in
attracting quality candidates to Hellofresh, meeting the ever-changing business needs and
demands.
This role will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment team in delivering a great candidate
experience ensuring all steps of the process are followed and met in a timely manner. You'll
collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain
confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin
processes to support operational efficiency.
Job Description
- Manage the candidate journey from their application to the record of the offer for all candidates applying for roles at our distribution centers (DC).
- Facilitate talent acquisition from candidate screening, interview schedule/invites, reference checks and other relevant new hire/onboarding back end process.
- Responsible for data management for all funnel activities.
- Maintain and update the scorecard evaluation of candidate interviews results.
- Perform tasks which require interactions with candidates.
- Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of recruitment processes and practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with the local market representative to ensure best class candidates are being delivered.
- Responsible for process compliance by following guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.
- Keeps the data updated in Greenhouse and corrects whenever applicable data if needed.
- Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
- With at least two (2) years solid and comprehensive experience of recruitment activity - high volume recruitment preferred.
- Has experience and recruitment processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Has proven skills in managing candidates through the entire recruitment journey
- Experience within the following Applicants Tracking System (ATS)- GreenHouse and Willo interview screening system preferred but not required.
Competencies:
- Experience in managing all stages of the recruitment process, applying recruiting best practices, ideally in growth environments
- Knowledge and working with ATS
- Has excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft office systems and tools (ie. excel, word)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment
- Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to delivering within deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and recommend decisions.
- Result oriented mindset.
- Has good oral and written communication skills.
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the companys growth.
