Job Description

HelloFresh is looking for a Service Package Team Leader to manage a team of Procurement Operation Coordinators within our Global Supply Chain and Procurement function. This role is critical in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of our internal Procurement Ordering System including PR creation, PO management. Working closely with Key User from the business and Procurement teams this role will supervise the daily management of P2P through our Workday Guided Buying Tool.

To excel in this role youll need to be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for optimizing processes. You will be able to confidently establish KPI tracking, reporting and spot opportunities for automation. Above all, we are looking for someone who will make HelloFresh better. What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Procurement Operations Coordinators to accurately and efficiently manage the procurement process closely inline with our procurement policy
  • Set up measures and report on performance, present data to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Input data and ensure the correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities. Create a governance framework to manage risk.
  • Establish and drive consistency across all markets and assign workload accordingly to ensure team objectives are met
  • Build a continuous improvement culture to ensure the business issues are not only managed promptly but the users are proactively trained during all interactions
  • Provide guidance, support and feedback to ensure that all team members meet their performance goals and deadlines. Motivate your team to go above and beyond.
  • Manage escalations within your team to resolve blockers with urgency, partner with the Global Indirect Procurement / Legal / AP team were necessary
  • Analyze errors and trace them back to the root cause using raw data from the appropriate database
  • Serve as the subject matter expert of the team, role modeling problem solving behaviours
