Job Description
As the Paid Social Manager on the Paid Social team, you will be managing the paid social campaigns from start to finish and working with the Paid Social Director to manage tasks for the HelloConnect team. You will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels for HelloFresh. You will help build campaigns, work on providing reporting updates to the PDS team/stakeholders and use analytics to inform the team and optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals. Additionally, managers need to have the ability to provide project management support, help support the team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met accurately in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and duties
Execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns to completion.
Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
Create and implement paid social media strategies, optimizing campaigns across platforms to scale paid social campaigns within our customer acquisition cost targets.
Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
Partner with the Paid Social US team
Work with project management tools(i.e., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met.
Help design, implement and analyze experiments across paid social channels
Skills and preferred qualifications
A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
4-5 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
Strong organizational skills and project management ability
