Job Description

As the Associate on the Paid Social team, you will be managing the paid social campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for building and analyzing campaigns across major paid social channels for HelloFresh. You will help build campaigns, work on providing reporting updates to the PDS team/stakeholders and use analytics to inform the team and optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.

You will

  • Execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns to completion.
  • Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Paid Social US team
  • Work with project management tools(i.e., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help design, implement and analyze experiments across paid social channels

You have

  • Track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Strong communication and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • A curiosity to not just know what is happening, but to understand why it is happening.
  • Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and a natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude

At a minimum you have...

  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 2-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability

Package Details

  • Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.
  • 13th-month pay is calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.
  • Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.
  • Group Life Insurance is provided.
  • Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
