Main purpose of the job

The main purpose of the SEO Marketing Assistant role is to support the SEO team with the execution of manual and recurring operational tasks that are essential to maintaining and optimizing our SEO landing pages. This includes updating copy and creative assets, managing image hosting, and ensuring accurate implementation of changes in our content management systems. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for the generation and maintenance of voucher codes that are critical for tracking and attribution. The role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of SEO initiatives across multiple markets.

Responsibilities and duties

• Upload, update, and QA SEO landing page copy using pre-approved text and templates.
• Execute image update requests, including updating banners and popups in Contentful.
• Source and replace images following asset expiration or marketing updates.
• Generate and maintain SEO-specific voucher codes for tracking and attribution purposes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure codes are implemented correctly and documented.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO support, or content operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes accurately.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) experience with Contentful is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines for recurring tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
