Your Role:

As a proactive Project Manager, you will lead innovation in the electric mobility sector.

Your expertise in software-enabled solutions, combined with a strong sense of ownership and organizational skills, makes you an ideal fit for this impactful role.

Your Tasks:

• Lead Projects from Start to Go-Live - successfully guide projects through all phases from initial development to implementation.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations Take ownership of innovative projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments to bridge any operational gaps.
• Develop and Manage Project Plans Create detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and ensure up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
• Mitigate Risks and Manage Scope Proactively identify and address project issues, control scope, and handle changes as they arise.
• Inspire and Support Your Team Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to empower project team members.
• Engage with Third Parties for Seamless Delivery Ensure timely, budget-compliant project execution through clear, efficient communication with external partners.
• Set and Monitor Quality Standards Develop and uphold quality assurance protocols to integrate smoothly with our products.
• Shape Strategic Roadmaps Align with stakeholders to prioritize and develop the next generation of innovative value propositions.

Demonstrable Experience:

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a strong technical interest.
• 10+ Years of Project Management Experience Skilled in managing projects from concept through to market readiness, with a strong technical background.
• Proven Expertise in Cloud-Based Platform Development Successfully led the creation and launch of platforms for monitoring and management.
• Exceptional Organizational and Leadership Skills Known for pragmatic problem-solving, people management abilities, and maintaining calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with Industry Standards Knowledge of OCPP, OCPI, and VDV261 standards.
• Proficient in Project Management Tools and Methodologies Skilled in MS Project and methodologies like Prince2, Scrum, Agile, IPM, and Lean.
• Fluently in Dutch and English.
