Your Role:

As a Technical Specialist, you'll perform system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analyses for service and maintenance, ensuring our charging solutions for electric buses, e-trucks, and high-usage transport systems run smoothly. You will provide technical support both remotely and on-site, collaborating with colleagues, service partners, and customers to diagnose and resolve issues.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct root cause analysis and create test/service reports.
• Propose improvements for our products and services.
• Offer remote technical support for troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Diagnose failures in abnormal product performance.
• Prepare tools, materials, and documentation for technical interventions.
• Assist in the deployment, testing, and feedback of new products.
• Coordinate with various specialists to resolve long-standing issues.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with DC charging systems.
• Expertise in electrical installations and PLC systems.
• Strong experience with inverters, electronics, wiring, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in serial communication tools (CAN, EtherCAT, RS485, RS232).
• Knowledge of safety regulations (VCA, SHH).
• Ability to read and understand circuit schematics.
