Your Role:

In this role, you'll manage multiple projects, coordinating between engineers, contractors, and on-site teams. Your responsibility is to ensure seamless operations, maintain safety standards, and keep projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee construction activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure client specifications are met.
  
• Project Coordination: Work with Project Engineers, OEMs, Installers, and Energy Companies to align resources and deliver projects on time.
• Execution Strategy: Contribute to the tender process, assist in defining project strategies, and manage high-profile projects.
• Quality Control: Conduct safety inspections, maintain quality control, and address any issues promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed site reports, monitor progress, and handle all necessary documentation.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the energy or construction sector.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and the new energy market.
• Proven ability to manage engineering projects effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to new challenges.
• Willingness to relocate or commute as needed.
• Fluent in English (Dutch and French are a plus)
