Subscription Coordinator / Jr. Service Project Manager

We are looking for a Subscription Coordinator / Jr. Service Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer subscriptions to our software and services from commissioning through renewal/expiration. You will use technology and operations to provide positive customer experience. Additionally, you will support the Service Project Management team with the execution of scheduled services. This position can be located in Atlanta, GA or Wendell, North Carolina. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document all processes related to subscription management.
  • Review the subscription management dashboard and manage data cleanup daily.
  • Maintain DepotFinity subscription ledger and cross check for accuracy/validity for monthly HQ billing.
  • Manage manual entry of RSS, Siemens Canada, and other one-off subscriptions (create and associate accounts, sites, subscriptions to charger assets).
  • Manage access to non-renewals.
  • Work with Product Line Management to ensure subscription PNs are up to date in Zuora.
  • Work with Service Project Managers to define the process for and enter and manage service subscriptions.
  • Assist Service Project Managers with scheduling regular maintenance, field campaigns and simple case management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years project management experience or customer service experience preferred
  • Meticulous time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • A commitment to provide exceptional customer service in a highly competitive market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex topics to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of project management, service, engineering, operations, and logistics preferred.
