Travel Registered Nurse (RN) needed for an Emergency Room assignment about 4 hours outside of Thunder Bay, Ontario. About the Role

HealthOPM staffing agency is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Emergency Room (ER) training and CTAS certification to join our clients healthcare team. Inpatient Unit experience is required, and OBS experience is considered an asset. This is a temporary travel assignment through our staffing agency, offering housing and consistent scheduling.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department, using CTAS triage standards.

• Support inpatient unit operations; OBS unit support is an asset.

• Provide compassionate, safe, and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time rotating shifts, details to be confirmed with the client.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) in good standing

• ER training with CTAS certification (required)

• Inpatient unit experience (required)

• OBS experience (asset)

• Flexibility and adaptability for a travel assignment

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
