HealthOPM staffing agency is recruiting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for casual shifts within a long-term care home in the Brantford area. We're looking for dependable PSWs who enjoy supporting older adults and can provide flexible availability, particularly for weekend coverage.

The Role

• Assist residents with bathing, personal care, dressing, grooming and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning and mealtime needs

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices and safety procedures

• Provide respectful, compassionate and resident-centred care

Requirements

• Recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate

• Previous long-term care, retirement or senior-care experience preferred

• Current CPR/First Aid

• Vulnerable Sector Check and required health/immunization documentation

• Reliable transportation to the Brantford area

• Flexible casual availability, including weekends

• Able to start as soon as possible
