Position Details

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Waterdown, Ontario

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 4 hours per shift (might change )

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to provide high-quality cleaning services and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in private residences.

The ideal candidate must be able to travel independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning

Clean and organize all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

Complete laundry duties such as washing, folding, and ironing as required

Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, handles, etc.)

Assist with occasional errands or grocery shopping if needed

Report maintenance or repair needs to management

Follow safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements

Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)

Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) issued within the last 6 months, or willingness to obtain one

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional, dependable, and trustworthy

Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
